Do Brady Bands non-slip headbands really stay put?
While we can't promise no slipping on every person, if you are wearing the correct size non-slip Brady Band the band should stay put no matter how tough the workout. Brady Bands non-slip bands are lined in soft velvet that holds the hair without pulling and keeps the band in place.
How do I wear my Brady Bands?
To put your Brady Band on simply slide the band over your head so that it rest around your neck like a necklace. Then slide the band up towards your hairline. Lift the fabric part of the band and tuck the band behind your ears. Push the top fabric portion of the band onto the hair till it sits snuggly in place. Many customers find that positioning the band closer to their hairline helps to keep the band from slipping. Also, positioning our sweat wicking headbands so that half of the fabric is on your forehead and half is on your hair helps keep it in place.
How do I wash my Brady Bands?
We suggest hand washing your Brady Bands with a mild soap or detergent. While we don't recommend it, if you chose to wash your bands in the washer please use a lingerie bag to protect them. Drip dry your Brady Bands to help them maintain their size and shape. NEVER put your Brady Bands in the dryer! Remember they are made by hand. The gentler you are on them the longer they will last.
What size non-slip headband should I order?
The most common cause of slipping issues with our non-slip headbands is having the wrong size band. To ensure that your Brady Band fits properly we suggest you put your hair in a ponytail and measure around your head where you will wear your band. Using the following guidelines, indicate the correct size in the Order Notes box at the checkout page. For standard size it is not necessary to specify the size. Please allow up to a week processing for sizes other than our standard. Small- head measurement is 20 inches or less Standard- head measurement is 20.5 inches to 22 inches Large-head measurement is 22.5 inches or larger
I think I have the wrong size non-slip headband. Is there anything you can do?

How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are normally processed and shipped within 2 business days for in stock merchandise in standard sizes. Special sizes and custom bands can take a week to two weeks for processing. Shipping is done through the USPS First Class Mail. We ship Monday through Friday. Typically shipping takes 3 to 5 business days, but it can take longer. You should receive an email with tracking at the email address you provided for all orders in the U.S.. If you need your order by a specific date please select priority shipping. If it has been over a week since your order shipped and it still hasn't arrived please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to Canada, Australia, and the U.K.. If you live in another country other than those listed and would like to purchase Brady Bands please email us at email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate you. We do not provide tracking information for international orders and they can take up to 4 weeks to receive after being shipped. If you need a faster international shipping option please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
My order appears to be lost/came in damaged. What can I do?
Occasionally a package will get lost or destroyed in the mail. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the USPS. If you would like you can purchase insurance for your package to protect you against these problems. Shipping insurance can be purchased HERE. As always Priority Shipping comes with insurance and guarantees your package arrives quickly so that is also a good option.Shipping addresses are entered into our shipping system automatically using the address information you enter at checkout. If this information is incorrect please try to email us immediately at email@example.com. If your package has already shipped before you notice the error you will have to wait for the package to be returned to us and pay additional shipping to reship your order.
I really want a certain color/style and I don't see it on your website. Do you offer custom headbands?
We are now able to offer complete color printing in our standard width non-slip headbands. We can pretty much print what ever you can dream up, as long as it is not a copyright/licensed character or team. For more information on our custom headbands please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. The more details you can provide(i.e.-pantone colors, png or jpeg images, etc.) the better your creation will be. Custom designs take at least 2 weeks to process so if you need your headband for a special event please plan accordingly.
I would like some headbands made for my sports team/business. Can you make custom headbands with my logo/mascot on them? Is there a discount for ordering larger quantities?
